Ninjala #1 (text) guide – how to take high places?

I decided to write my first blog for a reason that is old as the world: if you are missing something, do it yourself. On a good Ninjala game, the Internet is full of all kinds of guides, but the problem of the most sensible of them is in English. And I want, despite unfriendly training, people are imbued with this fun game.

This blog is the adaptation of the video “How to be 1st in Ninjala” from the Peekabros channel .

By the way, soon Russian subtitles for the authorship of your humble servant will appear in this video.

Ippon!

To take 1 place in Ninjala, you need to score the most points. And the fastest way is ippon.

"Hippon" (Jap. 一本)-the highest rating that a fighter can achieve in Japanese martial arts, usually in such as judo, karate or jiu-jitsu. Wikipedia

You can earn it here in three main ways:

Matches in Ninjala last only 4 minutes, so you need to use this time as efficiently as possible. The reason that IPPON is so important – it gives twice as many points than a regular knockout (k.O.). If you just beat an opponent until he ends in life, get 100 points. But if you have made an IPPON, you get at least 200 points + bonuses for types of attacks, parishing, breakdown of the opponent’s weapon, which can ultimately give you 280-300 points.

That is why today we will concentrate most of all on how to earn an IPPON, and get a maximum of glasses to win.

But first we will go through the main mechanics that bring glasses.

Drones

Drones are placed on each map in the game, for the destruction of which you get glasses, but, most importantly, shinobi energy (Shinobi Energy / S-Energy). This is mana+endurance in one bottle, and is necessary for the use of most actions. One drone increases your S-Energy into one division. And when you gain 8 divisions, you can create a big weapon for yourself.

Large weapons are extremely https://casino-moana.uk/mobile-app/ useful and allows you to leave the winner from fights, which in a normal situation you could lose. For example, when wrapping, the chance to win increases and becomes 2 out of 3, instead of 1 out of 3.

Parry

When a icon with two crossed swords appears above your head, this means that you can activate the S-Burst Mode button ZL and start the parry. It costs 5 divisions of your shinobi energy. And you may have a maximum 10. The parrying also begins if you and the opponent simultaneously attacked each other with a blow of the same type.

Three types of attacks are available to you during the parrying.

Ordinary or front (Front) attack (blue). Is executed by default, or when tilted the left stick up

This system works on the principle of "stone-bumar". The side (green) attack beats the front (blue), since you seem to rush behind your opponent through the side sides. A wide (red) attack beats the side, as you are swinging back behind your back. And the front attack beats a wide, as the opponent swung back, and you hit the forehead..

/// here I will add an example from myself. These attacks are executed both in the paring system and outside of it.That is, if you and the opponent are running to each other, he clamps up and tries to cause you damage to the front (blue) attack, but you predicted it and squeezed it to the right or left (green attack), then you will jump to the side and hit it, and it will miss, and no parry will happen. And after that he will have to react and activate the parish on ZL, as mentioned above. Provided that he has 5 S-Energy divisions, of course. And then the parrying icon will already appear, where you will play a stone-bum.

There is a way to escape from the parrying – to make a breakthrough with L. You will jump aside, but spend 4 energy divisions on this. This is not the best option, but sometimes useful. For example, you see that the opponent has a large weapon, and you will most likely lose. Or is it the rival that has already stuck you several times before. Then you can simply say: "Nope, I’m passing". Just choose a direction wisely, otherwise you can fly back to blow.

Big weapons

As already written, having a large weapon when retorting is very useful.

If you come into a fight with an opponent who has a small weapon, and the parry begins, then your chances of winning increase. Usually, if you and the opponent choose the same blow when parrying, then nothing happens, and you must repeat the procedure until someone prevails.

However, if you have a large weapon, but the opponent has no, then with the same blows the victory will be you. So it is very important to get it as early as possible.

The course of the match

At the beginning of each match, you need to try to play aggressively, and join the battle with the first rival that you will find. In addition to large bonuses for knockouts and Hippons, you get glasses just for blows to the enemy. Therefore, even with a poor outcome of the fight, you will not find yourself with the "zero" in the account. And this is important, because the drones appear after some time, and at the very beginning of the match there is almost nowhere to take victorious glasses (you can collect yellow spheres of energy, but they give very crumbs). So do not waste in wasting the first second.

After the first fight, it’s time to start collecting drones. They are scattered on the map and always respond in the same place after the timer expired.

While you are in search of drones, remember the main thing – try to stay above the opponents, do not hesitate to play "vertically". So you will be able to see and control everything that happens on the map, and choose what is more profitable to do now. For example, guess the timer, when the drone appears, to be the first to be near it, immediately break and leave the “hot point”. And you can guess and get into the battle of several unsuspecting rivals, and pour them.

Feel free and run away when you need. If you understand that you will definitely lose, if several rivals run to you, then bend without a twinge of conscience. Use gum dash (jerk with chewing gum) – this is when you inflate the bubble and press the “jump” twice. Or use a jerk on the button L. So you will not give the opponents free glasses, but you will treat yourself and you can find some drone or another unsuspecting opponent.

And so continue until you gain 8 divisions S-Energy. Then immediately create a large weapon and begin to pump out enemies. I remind you that you are much more likely against opponents with small weapons.

By the way, you can still simplify your energy set procedure. To do this, before the match, you need to equip the shinobi card (Shinobi Card). These cards give passive bonuses when playing (we will focus on them in another guide). But in this case we are interested in a map called Starting Dash. Thanks to her, you will start a round with one extra division of a strip of energy. And this means that for large weapons you will need to destroy only 3 drones, not 4.

By the way, don’t forget about drones either.

Drones also give glasses. And patterned drones with an umbrella (spawn closer to the end of the match) – even more points.

The results of the match

The victory in Ninjala depends on how many points you gain. However, the places that players take after the final signal are far from always final. After all, after each match, the player who broke most of all drones receives 500 points. And the player who scored the most ippon’s – kisses 1000 points. If several people have equally broken drones, or scored ippons, then each of them receives 500 and/or 1000 points.
How can you count, if you are active during the round, even after its completion, you can get up to 1,500 points!

/// again a small comment from me personally. Very often, in the end, I won the matches, having finished the main time on the 2nd, 3rd, and once even in 4th place. I like Ninjala this. You can adjust your game tactics depending on your level and level of rivals.

Strong players came across? Fly somewhere at the top of the card, try to break all the drones that you see, finish off the wounded > 🙂 And you can finish in the top three leaders.
